These terms cover schneewolflabs.com and Luna, the chat assistant at chat.schneewolflabs.com (together, "the service"), run by Schneewolf Labs ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Luna is an AI

Luna's answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, so check anything important. Nothing Luna says is a quote, an offer, a commitment or a contract, and none of it is legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. Prices, timelines and agreements come only from us, in writing.

Using the service

Please don't:

• use it for anything illegal, harmful or abusive;
• try to get around its limits, overload it, or break into it or the systems behind it;
• access it with bots or scripts, or use it to collect data at scale;
• send content you don't have the right to share, or other people's personal information.

We may limit, suspend or block access at any time, including to protect the service.

What you send us

You keep any rights you have in what you send. You give us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, analyze and use it to provide, secure and improve the service and our AI models, including by training models on it. Don't send anything you need kept confidential: for that, email us and we'll talk about an agreement first.

Our content

The site, Luna and their content belong to us or our licensors. Our open-source projects and published models and datasets are covered by their own licenses.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may change, be unavailable, or stop at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on what Luna says. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to contact@schneewolflabs.com.
